Business tax preparation for Los Angeles small businesses
Returns for S corporations, partnerships, multi-member LLCs, C corporations, and sole proprietors, with California franchise tax filings included.

Entities we file for
- S corporations: Form 1120-S and California Form 100S
- Partnerships and multi-member LLCs: Form 1065 and California Form 565 or 568
- C corporations: Form 1120 and California Form 100
- Sole proprietors and single-member LLCs: Schedule C and Form 568
Deadlines we track for you
S corporations and partnerships file by March 15. C corporations and individuals file by April 15. California LLCs also owe the $800 annual tax by the 15th day of the fourth month of their tax year. We put every date for your entity on our calendar so you do not have to.
Planning at filing time
Each business return is a chance to check the year ahead: whether owner pay is reasonable for an S corporation, whether equipment purchases should use bonus depreciation, and whether the qualified business income deduction is being maximized. 100% bonus depreciation was made permanent for qualifying property acquired after January 19, 2025, which matters for equipment-heavy businesses.
Common questions
When are business tax returns due?
Partnership and S corporation returns are due March 15 for calendar-year businesses (March 15, 2027 for the 2026 year). C corporation returns are due April 15.
Can you prepare my return if someone else did my books?
